I purchased these for my wedding invitations! I edited and ordered 150 sets, i was so excited to get them in the mail because they were a great price and beautiful. However when they arrived via UPS i opened the box and ALL 150 invitations and 150 RSVP postcards were double printed, the front and the back were the same. I was so dissapointed, i immediately wrote the customer service email to express my concerns. They did follow up and correct the issue quickly but due to the mess up i am now late getting my invitations out. I received the newly printed ones via UPS last night and the box had been opened and ripped. A couple of the RSVP postcards and invitations got messed up... ( it looks as though the box got dropped and/or opened and thrown around. There was no bubble wrap or packing left in the box to protect them from getting damaged with shipping.) I'm pleased with the quality of the paper and printing but the carelessness and rough handling causing damage to the invitations and the delay because of the mis-printing is what makes me not satisfied about my experience and i spent $300 on these! So 5 stars to the clarity of the printing and quality of the paper itself, 2-3 stars for the quality control for missing the double print mistake, delay in shipping due to this and also the care of the items inside of the box as well as the box itself..
We apologize for the trouble you experienced. We are taking the appropriate steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I have to say that these are beautiful! The fact that they are customizable with the colors and fonts is amazing! They came in very quickly and were a great price! The RSVP cards are also very durable and didn't tear up in the mail!
Printed beautifully with purple roses as that is one of my wedding colors. Quality paper and print that looks better in person than on the screen. The "m" on the RSVP is part of the template so I left it but it did confused my guests, just FYI. Inner envelope isn't really needed and went unused
These came in 2 days! they looked exactly like what I had edited.
Looking for a wedding invite that doesn't break the bank is difficult but with Ann's I was able to find invitations that look stunning and not have sticker shock! These invites are a little edgy and amazingly gorgeous. You can't go wrong.
