A bit disappointed

First let me say that I do like the quality of the invites themselves, so if my review was based solely on that I would have given 5 start. The main reason why I gave 3 stars is because the invites themselves didn't fit into the envelopes well enough and I had a very hard time actually closing the envelopes and had to bend the fold (which made them look very unprofessional). Additionally, I wish there was more information as to how much assembly was actually required. I had assumed I would need to tie the twine, but it didn't specify that all the cards would come separate from the actual information sheet, and I would need to use glue dots to put this together. The process was quite tedious as you had to put 4 glue dots on each card and line it up perfectly. I messed up a few as once you put the glue dot, pulling it off bends the paper. The whole process took me several hours for 100 invites, and I didn't anticipate having to do so much work. To add to that, the invites didn't come with instructions and I had to call customer service just to figure out what was needed to be done. Just want to be transparent with other brides so that they're aware of the amount of work they're getting themselves into by purchasing these.
