We used the Western Icon as invitations for our western themed wedding (we're in our 60s) and can't wait for our guests to receive them. Although it was time consuming removing them from their perforated paper and threading them together, we would do it all over again! The finished product was simply what we were looking to achieve. Thanks
Loved raised lettering

Staff was very accommodating when making changes in wording! Loved them when they were assembled. Products: envelopes, RSVPs, invites made of quality paper. Had to do a lot of punching out!! Each piece and then the holes on top! Sometimes it would tear the invite had to be very careful! Once tied together( loved the ribbon) they looked very nice!

THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE DOING THESE INVATATIONS WERE JUST RIGHT DOWN HORRIBLE, THE LINES WERE NOT CUT EASY ENOUGH TO TEAR AND VERY TIME CONSUMING.

On my invited Church is spelled wrong. I didn't catch it. Wish they would have a spell check when typing in your info. Very unhappy & bummed I have to send out invites that's are wrong.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I would suggest to order your free samples and pick your invitations from the samples. The only thing I didn't like so much with my invitations, was the time it took to pop out all 300 invitations, and the thick paper that it comes in makes it a little difficult to pop them out flawlessly. You definitely have to have patients if you pick an invitation that you have assemble your self. But this minor detail would not have changed my mind of ordering from dawn or picking a different invitation. Plus the delivery of the cards came very fast!

I did like the paper quality and they looked just as we expected....the color of the lettering was very nice....My issue is that the invitations were not micro perforated through the paper so when we tried to remove the pieces from the card they tended to rip and cause damage. We had a few that were not printed at all. At least half I will not be sending out as they are embarrassing to send. I was excited when I saw them and they fit our theme perfectly....now I am just disheartened.
We Loved the Invitations!

I ordered invitations for my wedding from here! We absolutely loved them. They were shipped to us in less than a week, they looked exactly like they did on the website, and the overall quality of them were great!
great product but....

The quality was wonderful, however; the invites come perfereated on a sheet and you have to to separate, which is a nightmare. Other than that, the invitations were perfect. We ended up useing our own string in our weddings color scheme instead of the standard black they come with.
I will send friends to this site

I ordered invitations and a few decorations. The invitations were the closing to explaining us plus since they came in 3 parts made it even easier since our wedding and reception are on 2 different dates. If I want someone to come to both then they receive all 3 parts if they are only invited to the reception then they will get the horseshoe and hat, so they were perfect for us. The only thing that I wished they had was more color choices on the ribbon. Our colors are purple and orange and none of those were choices.

Overall, service was great. The invitations were awesome and unique. A bit time consuming in assembly but expected. Not a problem because they are unique looking; haven't stopped receiving compliments on these invitations. Great paper quality and size as well. Would definitely recommend these!

I ordered a sample of these before I order them and it comes all nice and tied together! When I received them the set of 3 were all on one sheet and had to be individually punched out! This took an extreme amount of time! Then the hole in the top was so small that it was difficult to get the ribbon through! They were very pretty once you got them assembled!
Love these... Would definately recommand

These were wedding invitaions. Loved them except it was a little time consuming and tedious from punching them out and putting them together. You had to be careful not to tear them and we did tear a few.

I ordered this invitation for a 30 year vow renewal. It is to be held at a guest ranch in town and is Western/cowboy themed. We are even bringing our horses for photographs, so this invitation fit the bill perfectly. It is really cute! I was very pleased that it came exactly as it is shown in the website and I had no unpleasant surprises in it's quality and appearance. It also arrived quickly and even though I chose to use standard shipping (3-4 business days!) It is a casual occasion and a casual invitation so I would not suggest using it for a more formal western themed wedding. The only thing I was afraid of and ended up being true is that is fairly difficult to assemble because the pieces needed to be "popped" out but are well perforated and the ribbon was time consuming to thread through the pieces. Since I sort of expected that, it was not really an issue and it is a small affair so I only needed to do 25 of them. I would recommend Invitations by Dawn because of the friendly and professional service ( I called and also used live chat) to make changes in text and ask questions and also, in my experience, the product was received quickly and exactly as I expected.
