I immediately called the support number and the service representative was not only helpful, but compassionate about the situation. She corrected my spelling error and expedited the amended invitation to my door step the very next day. I will most certainly be placing orders for future events with Invitationbydawn.com.

This was my second time to order bridal shower invitations through Invitations by Dawn. They were as perfect as my first order. There was a small issue with my debit card but customer service called immediately and got it corrected AND they were able to apply the discount running at the time that I failed to add. That is above and beyond in customer service. Invitations by Dawn is definitely my go-to!

Everything was great, I ordered shimmer paper I could not really see the shimmer. Other than that excellent!
