I loved the invites and they came out great, but it took A LOT OF TIME AND ADJUSTMENTS! I'm talking several hours. We used RSVPs and reception card as well. Both had to be adjusted.All cards: There is not enough room on the lines to write what you want. We had to continually reword everything to fit on the proper lines. It would be much easier if you could write directly on the card and choose a font size other than small, medium, large, etc.The website is terrible and our changes kept getting reset. Very frustrating. For RSVPs there's nowhere for guests to write if they're coming or not. Not very functional. We had to add a "paint splotch" line for this and it took a while for customer service to understand what we wanted. Frustrating. For the reception card we made them plain with accomodations and welcome/breakfast parties. We were sent the wrong invites after all those adjustments, but luckily new ones were sent and received a few days later.If this design or something similar was on a different site, I would have used them over Invitations by Dawn in a second because of the hassle.Good paper thickness and quality and colors. They fit our outdoor Tahoe wedding perfectly. Rustic theme, on the water, deck outside...

I am extremely happy with my products. So far I've only ordered my wedding invitations, my RSVP cards, and my reception cards. I do plan on getting my thank you notes, dinner napkins, dinner menus and wedding programs from the site as well! I would happily recommend the site and these products to anyone. Many to choose from and easy to personalize. I absolutely loved the speedy delivery as well as the step-by-step package tracking! Not many places offer a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where your packages are in when they will be arriving.

My fiance proposed on Labor day and I rushed to get a wedding together in two months as he expressed that he did not want to have a long engagement. I waited and waited to fine the "best deal" on vistaprint or michaels, etc. -- you name it; I searched. And with the help of pinterest I found Invitations by Dawn. I gathered information and made my invitations pretty easily online and they shipped within 2 business days. And I even used a promocode I found on their website. I did mail them out a little late since there wasn't a lot of time. Needless to say, I had to throw out the year long timeline of wedding to-dos out the window and hurry to get them out the door to my guests.Everything looked GREAT! I especially loved that the return RSVP envelope was addressed by Invitations by Dawn and I didn't have to made additional labels and/or run them through the printer. All I really had to do was stuff the invitations and they were all .49 even though I included a directions sheet. I was very pleased and Highly recommend them and I will be using them in the future.P.S. the customer service staff is also very knowledgeable and nice to work with.Sincerely, Casey
