Elegant, beautiful, Burgandy Color Different Than Appears Online

The whole grouping of invitations are beautiful. Only negative is the lighter shade of burgandy in the invitation collection turned out to be a champagne color instead of a burgandy. My error as I should have order a sample as offered. The customer service at Invitations by Dawn was awesome. Prior to placing our order, the online assistance were very helpful. We had questions on wording. Once the order arrived, as for the color concern, they listened to my concern, researched the order intirely and were very professional throughout the process. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
Beautiful, cost effective, and fast!

I love these invitations/rsvp cards! They are exactly what we wanted in terms of style and design. We were going to go with the seal and send version, but paid the extra for the full invite, since our wedding is more formal. Of course, that means having to pay the extra postage costs (which doesn't make me very happy), but luckily, that's outlined in the product description so there won't be any surprises at the post office. We were trying to keep costs as low as possible, so we didn't order the accommodations or reception cards (or any of the other extras, for that matter), since with those additions the cost was getting pretty high. That being said, the invite is big enough to fit all of the pertinent information on it, so they aren't really necessary. Delivery was quick and painless, and we didn't really use customer service as we felt the confirmation emails from them was sufficient. I also asked UPS for progress emails, which I would recommend to others. The one thing I didn't like was that there's no cost associated with printing your address on the return envelopes, but there is with printing them on the outer envelopes (just on the flap). When we were about to put the order through, we noticed we were being charged for the outer envelopes, even though there was no mention of the cost when the system asked for our address. It's not a big deal (we just removed the printing), but it should probably be noted somewhere.
Love! love! love!
