Beautiful but Stained

These invitations are absolutely beautiful but I ran into a problem when I received the first order. The wraps were stained near the bottom. It looked like a grease stain. I called and they promptly sent another order. Only for those to have the same issue. So I called again, and they said they would inspect them and send out a new order. And again that order had the stains near the bottom. By that time I had to have my invitations in the mail, so I ended up having to fold them the opposite way so the stain wouldn't be as noticeable. They said the stain was a burn from the laser cut process...but it did not appear on the sample I had gotten. The idea is beautiful, but the end product was disappointing. Who wants to spend hundreds of dollars on imperfect invitations? I will say that their customer service was wonderful and they refunded my overnight shipping, but unfortunately no other discount on the imperfect product I received.

We are thrilled with these invites, just beautiful! I wasn't sure about ordering invites online, however we ordered a sample and we were really impressed. We changed the color to lagoon and opted to use a matching ribbon instead of the jute string. We have received so many compliments both from female and male friends. The quality is superb. They arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

The quality and weight of the invitations was perfect. The style was even nicer than shown on the website. Printing was perfect. We could not have asked for a better product. Instructions would have been nice, as far as folding, but wasn't hard to figure out. Though it seems either side would work, we found putting the birds on the right seemed to make the design more remarkable than folding the other way. The website did show the birds on the right side. :-) Excellent, prompt delivery.

Love the product, don't love the process I had to go through to get it. My order was wrong twice- the third order was finally correct. It should not have taken that long to resolve. I would have expected that someone be on it once the first order was incorrect, but no. No ownership or attempts to prove me wrong as a skeptical customer. Discount was given, but not enough considering the errors made. I would expect more from a company like this.
