We had to order this invitation suite almost 5 times and every single time, there was an issue. Originally, every invitation was creased as an earlier review mentioned. That problem was fixed fairly quickly. Then, we ordered 12 of each (invitation, reception card, reply card) to see how they'd turn out. The greens (granny apple) on the invitation vs. the reception and reply card did NOT match. We were told they were but sent the samples back to finally be agreed with. Then we were told it was the paper. (?!) All three were on the same paper. After the hassle of this and the fact that my invitations needed to go out, like, yesterday, I am changing vendors. NOT worth the HASSLE, use a different vendor. Customer service was for the most part helpful and respectful. Though, having to switch vendors is quite annoying. A full refund was finally received.

This product was received on time and well packaged, but the cards were very simple, they were literally just a piece of cardstock, I don't think that they were worth the money paid for them.

I was looking something which would incorporate nature and the outdoors into our wedding without being rustic. These invitations strike a perfect balance. They have the nostalgic illustrations style of an E. H. Shepard drawing. However, they still feel formal enough to be used as wedding invitations.
Kind of Disappointed

We were really happy with the overall look of our invitations and response cards, but we were disappointed to see a crease across the top of all of our invitations (that wasnt present on the sample we had ordered previously). It looked like the paper was cut in the wrong place or that there was some other error in production. We had wanted to mail them out as soon as we received them, but didn't want to mail them with the crease. After emailing Invitations By Dawn about the issue, they quickly said they'd reprint the invitations, and send them 2nd day air. We got the new invitations when they said we would, but the reprints had the exact same issue as the originals, with the crease across the top of all the invitations. We decided to just mail them out because we are already mailing them later than we wanted to, but we were disappointed that we waited for reprints that ended up having the same issue. It's really not a HUGE deal -- they're just not the perfect invitations that we hoped and imagined they would be. And it was frustrating that the problem that we were told was being addressed was not at all addressed. It would've been nice if someone had made sure the original error had been corrected before sending the reprints to us.Besides the actual invitations, the response cards and the envelopes and everything else looked great and we were happy with them.We emailed customer service again, and they said they'd give us a 15% refund on our order.Had the original production error been corrected, we would definitely still recommend Invitations By Dawn to a friend -- but after this experience, we definitely would not.
