These came out as shown. They are nice. The paper quality is decent. I would give it 5 star if it was a real deckled edge but I also know that they would be much more expensive if it was. For the price these are good. Let's say I'm not in love with them but for the price and what I got I am happy. Love is expensive.

The invitations are both beautiful and substantial, much more elegant than the sample pictured. They are a heavier weight card and slightly larger than most other invitations. We paired with the "Golden Touch " response and reception cards so that the invitations and the other cards all had a small gold border.
Customer service (in our case, "Rachel") was responsive and pleasant.

The product turned out perfectly. There were a few (less than 5 in the 168 total ordered) that we printed at a slant or off center & were not usable - they went into the "extras" pile. I ordered gold font & it was very pretty in thermography ink, great match to the envelope liners. Everything turned out perfectly classy & traditional, just like I wanted. Would have loved to have matching RSVP cards (with the gold bordering). The paper was weighted really nicely, & loved the look of oversized envelopes. Delivered on time, quickly, and very neatly packaged. I didn't need to interact directly with customer service for anything.

Beautiful invitation, I almost bought a similar style for 4xs the cost, and the was definitely the right choice! The paper could be thicker and I wish they had a matching response card but not deal breakers for me.
