We looked a lot of different sites and when our coordinator sent us this link,we fell in love. The variety is amazing! We both decided on this style because it was closest to our colors and we were able to customize it completely. The delivery was a lot sooner than we expected. I love that we received a confirmation email as well as a follow up. The customer service that we received was amazing.
Decent product/Disappointing service

The product itself looks as it does in the example photo, so I can't really complain there. I received my original order and discovered that the foil details were completely left off of both the invitations and the matching RSVP cards. I took a photo and e-mailed the company that night. The next day I received a response which stated that everything was being re-printed and I was given a new order invoice. The invoice listed a free inspection of my order, which bothered me to find out that original shipments are not checked before being sent out to the customer, but they are only inspected after they've all ready messed up once. The invoice also stated that the new invites/RSVP cards were estimated to ship out the very next day. It took 6 days before I received a confirmation that the new order had shipped. I felt misled, plus it put me almost 2 weeks behind my plan of sending them out to my guests.
