Ethereal Garden - Petite Bridal Shower Invitation

The website kept auto-filling amounts even though I would change them. Confirmation email showed I ordered 72 envelopes and 12 invitations. I called to get the order corrected as soon as I received the email. The rep said she thought they were already printed and most likely couldn't help. I spent a few mins on hold and then told she would call me back right away. I waited two hours and never rec'd a call so I called again. Rep. Corrected the amounts. The order arrived at my home with only 16 (ordered 60) invitations and 72 envelopes. Sent an email and they sent the remaining 44 invitations. All these mistakeds caused the invitations to be mailed later than planned. A simple apology from anyone would have softened the hassle but no one offered an apology. Overall I spent waaay too much time on the phone with this company for them to correct their mistakes for something that should have been simple clicks online. The invitations are nice but the flowers were not crisp looking as expected.
