Ecru Shimmer - Note Card and Envelope

I was so excited to receive my invitations but when they came in, the invitations and response cards did not match AT ALL. After discussing with customer service, I had to fight for them to send me new ones in a different color because they wanted to make me pay $80 for it. I was then sent the exact same ones AGAIN! I called customer service again and they said it was their mistake and that they would send me new ones with express shipping. I got a call the next day that what the manager told me could not even be done! I love my invitations but now my response cards are not going to match and the whole experience has been a very unpleasant one. I would not recommend this to a friend after my experience.

These were great Thank You cards that we customized to match our wedding invitations we also ordered from Invitations By Dawn. The *only* complaint I have about these is that the shimmer finish on the cards makes it a little difficult to write on with many pens. Certain ballpoint pens didn't seem to work on the finish and gel pens smeared. I had to find a specific pen that finally worked. Other than that I thought they were beautiful.

The pre-printed return-addresses are a time saver, and they look great in a coordinating font and color. The price tag on the return-addresses is a bit steep, though, I normally wouldn't spend that kind of money on a convenience like this, except that I know that writing out so many thank yous is sure to be a chore. I appreciate the option to see a proof, it was well worth the $5 I spent on it. They adjusted the font and the size of the font after I took a look at the proof. The proof staff was quick and flexible, and in the end I was happy with the look of the thank-yous. I had a difficult time managing the website, sometimes it is a bit clunky and I spent a bit of extra time going back to make changes, etc. Perhaps in the future the interface will be streamlined??? I hope?

Invitations by Dawn is the BEST! We used them for our Wedding Invitations and again for our Thank You Cards; we could not have found a better site to make one of the most important personal purchases for our Perfect Day! Thanks InvitationsbyDawn!!
