The card itself is beautiful but my card didn't fit the envelope at all! Since my wedding was two months away when I received the invites, there's no time to wait and get a new sets of invitation. My fianc called the customer service and she didn't believe that invitation don't fit the envelope. She asked us to give her the measurement of the envelope and the invitation. We gave her the measurements and all she can say is that the engineer has problem with the machine and to call back the next day to talk to the engineer and maybe they will send us a new envelope. I had to go to Michaels and buy a trimmer. I trimmed the edge (lengthwise and crosswise) of my invitations so it would fit the envelope. The actual white card that goes in the middle of the black border doesn't fit too. The cut is different, mostly too short and doesn't cover the laser cut flowers. The color of the wording isn't the same as it appears on the computer screen. I picked olive and the color appears to be darker, almost black. I'm disappointed because nobody called us back or email us back to correct their mistake or at least do something to make their customer happy. The quality of their envelope is poor too, it breaks everytime it comes out of the printer. It's so inconvenient!
