Let me first say that the invitations are beautiful. However the whole process was horrible. So to start out I paid $30 for same week shipping, when I didn’t get it the following week, I called, they said the machine was “broken” but I’ll get it that same week. And I did, but when they got here the cards were not trimmed, meaning they did not fit in the envelopes that were sent with it. And because it wasn’t trimmed, there was this horrible white border! So I called explain this to customer service, they said they will send out another set and this time they guarantee it will be done correctly. When they came in a week later, they were the EXACT SAME AS THE FIRST ONES! This was a Destination wedding and I did not have time to sit and wait for a third try for them to get it right. I eventually called them and just told them to refund my money. I had to hand cut each one before sending them out. Not what I wanted to deal with...
