I ordered these invitations for my daughter's bridal shower. I My order was showing that they were delivered to my house yesterday 1-31-19, but I never received them. I called UPS and they have to put a tracker on them and then I called Invitations by Dawn. I was very upset because I was worried UPS wouldn't find them and then if I reorder later I would miss my window to send them out. Invitations by Dawn said they would reprint and ship out a new set of invitations! I was so amazed by this and grateful for their quick response.
