Nothing can top a black and white wedding, until you add the beautiful glow of sparkling gold! That’s exactly what we did with this Color Crush and you’re going to love every detail.

Color Crush: Black and Gold

Where to begin!
The wedding invitation, of course. We simply have to dedicate more than a few sentences to this stunning creation (as you might expect from those who love stationery as much as we do!). Couples have been sharing their love for the Pearl Vines invitation we added not too long ago but many of them wanted to see it in black. So our fabulous invitation designers created this beauty! The Ebony Vines invitation with an ecru satin ribbon and gold foil printing on the inside is a gorgeous choice for introducing a black and gold wedding. Be sure to check out our other collections of black wedding invitations and gold wedding invitations though so you can find the right invitation to fit your wedding style.

Rich Details
Decorating with gold details brings an element of luxury to any wedding. Notice the tablescape shown here with gold candelabras and serving ware against black and white place settings. The cream colored roses are an impressive finishing touch. The gold glitter wedding cake and boutonniere stem are just a few more surprisingly beautiful details your guests will never forget. Overall this look is pretty much to die for!

Don’t be afraid…
Don’t be afraid to use black where you wouldn’t normally see it at a wedding. The black flowers featured in the bride’s bouquet make it incredibly unique. The black taper candles resting in the gold candelabras on the reception table become a surprisingly pretty design element. You might tempted to have your bridesmaids wear gold dresses, and you would probably find some fabulous options, but remember that black is always flattering. Perhaps you can get the best of both worlds and find black and cream or black and gold dresses like the bridal party shown here.
