Today we’re pairing two of nature’s most prevalent tones together — moss and timber. The names alone spark memories of long hikes in the woods, weekends at the cabin and camping trips with family and friends. Now you can celebrate your mutual love for the outdoors at your wedding.
A stroll through nature…
Being the nature lovers you are, you’ve probably taken many a stroll together through the woods. The Watercolor Birch Trees Invitations capture that magical feeling you get when admiring the natural world around you and being engulfed in its beauty. Trees are one of our favorite subjects for outdoor wedding invitations. Shop our entire collection of tree wedding invitations to find the perfect fit for your style.
All natural is always beautiful.
On the spectrum of all the different shades of wood, timber falls on the lighter side for sure. This smooth tone could almost be mistaken for tan except it’s just a touch bit darker and a little more rugged. Being that it’s such a neutral tone, you can use it anywhere you like at your wedding. We are big fans of the timber bridesmaid dresses and coordinating groomsmen vests shown here. There is something truly beautiful about wearing this understated color.
The star of the show!
Who knew moss could take center stage at your wedding and play the role of leading color so beautifully? This rich green hue is the absolute epitome of natural beauty. The color pairs beautifully with any shade of brown but the intensity of this shade can stand alone just fine as well. We highly recommend using actual moss and live greenery throughout your wedding ceremony and reception. The moss table numbers shown here are amazing and the bride’s bouquet is a true treasure. Succulents are another great addition to any nature-inspired wedding.
