Go for the gold…
You might love metallic gold, matte gold or gold glitter. No matter what style of gold you want in your wedding, just remember to use it strategically throughout the decorations and tables. Place it near candles for a scintillating effect. Surprise your guests by adding gold to unique places (we especially love the gold glitter heels on this bride’s wedding shoes). Oh, and you simply MUST have gold on the wedding invitations. Gold wedding invitations are magnificent, and you’ll be very pleased with the impact they make on your wedding guests.
When choosing a color as bold and beautiful as orange, it’s best to just go for it! There are lots of shades of orange, and they all look gorgeous when assembled in bouquets or wedding table centerpieces. You can even throw in some cream or light pink to soften up the scene a little. We ADORE the orange and gold tablescape shown here. Be sure to highlight your orange and gold wedding colors on your cake as well. The metallic gold layer and fresh orange flowers shown with this wedding cake make it a great focal point at the reception.
Let there be light…
Illuminate your orange and gold wedding colors as much as possible. Whether you’re playing with metallic gold, matte gold or gold glitter, it really doesn’t matter. Candlelight dances beautifully amidst gold wedding decorations and table centerpieces. The more candlelight, the better! The atmosphere at a wedding can never be too romantic.
