The holiday season is an ultra romantic time to tie the knot. But even if you’re not actually getting married in the winter months, you can send out holiday save the dates and take advantage of this magical time of year. After all, your save the dates don’t necessarily have to reflect the theme or season in which you’re getting married. That’s what your wedding invitations are for! I’ve narrowed down our holiday save the dates to a few of my favorites:

1. Christmas Banner – Holiday Save the Date Puzzle
Let your guests figure out your wedding date with this fun puzzle save the date. Once they put it together, they’ll see a picture of you and your better half, along with a festive red, white and green “Merry Christmas” hanging at the top of the stationery. Of course, you can have your choice of colors if you would prefer a different combination of shades.

2. Bakers Twine – Holiday Postcard Save the Date
With this postcard save the date, you won’t even need an envelope. Just write out the address and send them in the mail! Your save the date features a photo of you and your future spouse, and the left side of the stationery is adorably wrapped up with red and white twine and a gift tag that reads “joy” and your wedding date. The back side of the card is enveloped in the same twine to resemble a Christmas present.

3. All Aglow – Holiday Card Save the Date
This save the date screams romance and really captures the magic of the holiday season. A Christmas tree made up of glowing hearts shines in the background of your save the date, and a bright red banner lies across the bottom featuring your names and your wedding date. This card is the perfect way to spread some holiday cheer to your future guests.

4. New Stockings – Holiday Card Save the Date
Opt for a playful vibe on your save the dates with this fun and colorful stationery. One half of the card showcases a picture of you and your fiance, while the other part of the card reads “Soon to be Mr. and Mrs.” across two perfectly hung stockings amid a bright turquoise background.

5. Retro Holiday – Holiday Card Save the Date
Go a vintage holiday route with these retro-themed save the dates. The wood grain background gives the stationery a unique, textured look, and the intricately designed ornaments add some holiday flair to your card. Choose a photo of the two of you to be featured on the front of your save the dates for a personalized touch.
