Throughout the years, there have been many traditional aspects of weddings that have changed drastically. For instance, brides no longer wait for the ceremony to see their grooms, many couples are serving pie instead of cake and the big white dress isn’t a must. There is another part of weddings that is changing as well: the bridesmaid dress. If gowns aren’t your style, here are a few other stylish alternatives for your wedding party:
1. Rompers
Rompers are hot right now, and many brides are having their bridesmaids wear them down the aisle. After all, they’re cute, chic and super comfortable. Dress them up or down to fit your wedding theme. If you’re having spring or summer nuptials, you can select short, flirty, floral rompers. For a fall affair, turn to rompers with long pants and accessorize with a chunky necklace.

2. Skirts
Skirts can be just as classy and elegant as dresses, so don’t rule them out for your bridesmaids. This garment is extremely versatile – opt for a fitted high-waisted print skirt and pair it with a solid top, or choose flowy maxi skirts to add a fun and summery vibe to your wedding party. You can even mix and match various skirt styles, materials and colors to create a personalized and put-together look among your girls.

3. Pants
Pants can be just as chic and feminine as dresses and skirts. A formal wedding might call for high-waisted black dress pants and a crisp white shirt. You can dress up the outfit with a bold red lip, gold accessories and a simple heel.
Quick tip: Can’t decide between rompers, skirts or pants? You can have each of your bridesmaids rock a different style! Just make sure to coordinate using similar colors to keep the look uniform.
