Relax with a face masque
You’ll want the best skin possible in order for all of your makeup to apply fabulously and flawlessly. For the ultimate glow, a masque will be sure to pick up any dirt or unwanted debris in your pores and moisturize your dry spots at the same time. Sure, beauty sleep helps, but a masque really does the trick. Don’t exfoliate alone – invite some girls over to try it out with you!
Apply under-eye cream
You don’t want to be exchanging vows with dark bags under your eyes. By applying an under-eye cream before hopping into bed as your last night’s sleep as a single lady, you can stave off any puffiness that may occur.
Drink plenty of water
Downing the H2O is going to help you look and feel refreshed for your nuptials. Stay away from the alcoholic beverages. You don’t want a hangover and a bloated stomach for one of the most important days of your life! Set a big glass of water next to your bed to drink and feel rejuvenated the next day.
Hit the hay at a decent hour
It’s totally understandable that this night probably isn’t the easiest night to get your best sleep. You’ll be filled with giddiness and excitement, much like a child on Christmas morning. But set a bedtime and stick to it. You need your beauty rest to ensure that you don’t have puffy skin or under-eye bags. You’ll want to feel well-rested the next day!
Stick to your normal routine
Don’t do anything to out-of-the-ordinary like spray tanning, waxing or new makeup products. You want to steer clear from any “accident waiting to happen” situation. Stick to your normal routine; you know what works best.
Apply a moisturizer
Before getting into bed, exfoliate your body and apply a body moisturizer. This will ensure that you have glowing, smooth and soft skin when you slip into your wedding dress.
