RV road trip
There’s nothing quite like hitting the road with your best friends. Choose a destination of your choice, whether it’s to a landmark or traveling to see your favorite sports team, and just enjoy the ride. The mystery of road trips is what makes them so exciting and perfect for photo ops (even if you vow never to show those photos to anyone, ever). Just remember to bring plenty of junk food, a playlist of your favorite songs and a willingness to explore.
During the day, hit the slopes with your groomsmen and then head back to the lodge to tip a few back. Sounds good to me!
Wine tastings are for the bachelorette party. Whisky tastings, however, now that’s something I would try. Grab your best friends and head to your own private whisky tasting involving anything from malt scotch to bourbon. Don’t forget the cigars, either.
Spend the day on the water
If you have access to the water, think about renting a boat and spending the day on a lake or an inlet with your best buds with nothing but sun, surf and booze. You may want to be careful about the sun though – slather on that sunscreen or risk looking like Larry the Lobster at your wedding.
If you and your guys have yet to find something that you can’t do, why not go to the extreme for your wedding day? Think skydiving, bungee jumping, hang gliding, scuba diving, rock climbing or surfing. You can even go cage diving with great white sharks (I personally would pass on that one).
Get your game on
If you’re the athletic type, instead of attending a sporting event, why not have your own? It’s a great way to bring everyone together (even the ones who don’t really know each other) and have a little friendly competition. Organize a tournament with personalized uniforms and choose whichever sport you like whether it’s flag football, baseball, soccer or even golf. Make things interesting with a few kegs and let the games begin.
