Take a look at a couple of our wedding invitations to get a sense of how well these colors complement each other. Our It Takes Two (Pink and Green) Invitation can work for modern or traditional occasions and demonstrates how beautifully bold green and pink bounce off one another for a vibrant display. Our Whimsy Flowers Invitation demonstrates a more delicate design for romantic weddings. This invite would work perfectly for a vintage style wedding as the soft hues remind you of a garden ceremony.
There are tons of fabulous ways to embrace this color palette for your big day. Take a look at this collage I found on Pinterest, which features photos of all the different perfectly pink and green elements that made up this wedding. Stunning, isn’t it?
Flowers are an easy place to go bold and incorporate the green and pink color palette, and you could consider a bouquet arrangement of pink roses and green cymbidium orchids. I also love the idea of using pink peonies in your centerpiece arrangements; leave the stems longer to add in hints of green! Another fabulous floral arrangement idea for the perfect rounded bouquet is to use pink peonies in combination with bushy green hydrangeas.
Cocktails are a great spot to incorporate hints of pink, too! I’m thinking strawberry mojitos for the dainty pink hues mixed with the green sprig of mint! You can have your baker put actual green and pink flowers on your cake for decoration, or go the saccharine route and have him design frosting flowers. You might even be able to find the perfect mint green bridesmaid dresses that you can pair with the groomsmen’s mint green pocket squares for your wedding party!
