We have a big time saver of our own we want to introduce to you: our new Envelope Addressing Service! It can take a lot of time to address all of your envelopes for your save the dates, wedding invitations and thank you notes, so imagine how much extra time you’ll be able to free up by having your envelopes professionally printed!
Our Envelope Addressing Service allows you to upload all of your address information for each guest, and we will print it for you on envelopes of your choosing. You can pick the font and color that best suites your wedding style and color palette, and then leave the rest to us! Our service lets you upload your addresses for each guest to our site via an excel (.xls) or comma delimited file (.csv). You can even preview how your envelopes will look once printed!
This service is available for inner envelopes and outer envelopes, too, and they can be ordered in quantities of 25. You can also edit your guest list once you have uploaded it. All you have to do is click on the “edit” button and save the changes before proceeding. To make things even easier, we have sample templates, one for inner envelopes and one for outer envelopes.
