In case you weren’t inspired enough by those adorable favors our staff members created in our last post…here are a few more to get your creativity sparked! Each gal got a little pearl shimmer favor box and instructions to make it hers.
And, again, sweet! Look at these great ideas!
Courtney says: I’ve gotten into scrapbooking in the last year to boost my creativity, so this was a fun project. I imagine my favor being used in a wedding where the bride and groom are sports fans and looking for a cute way to tie their love of baseball into their big day. I’m a baseball fan myself, so this would definitely be the type of favor I’d use at my wedding – filled with Cracker Jacks!
Emma says: I play guitar, write songs, run my own blog and do some graphic design. I also make cards and do some scrapbooking. All those different creative elements of my world came together in making this favor box! I chose the peacock theme because it’s a huge trend right now and I just love the deep teal, green and blue colors in the peacock feather. Inside, I tucked a bag of organic green tea for a unique, simple treat guests would use. I can imagine the favor being used in a classy, formal wedding with a peacock theme or Old Hollywood or vintage feel. This look would also be great for our silver shimmer favor boxes!
Challenger: Mindy, Project Management
Favor Theme: “Spring has sprung”
Inspiration: sunshine, flowers, green grass
Mindy says: I consider myself a crafty person and an avid do-it-yourselfer. I’m always looking for new things I can customize to my liking (and if there’s a cheaper way to do it, I’ll find it)! The theme of my favor is spring. I was inspired by the warmer weather, outdoor plants starting to bloom, the grass turning greener – it’s bringing out my creative side. I imagine my favor box being used in a spring or summer wedding where a soft splash of color is needed. This look could also be used at Easter time for giving someone a special gift or a small box of candy.
