I ordered the Feather Filligree wedding invitations from the Urban Vintage line and was disappointed with the quality of the invitations. The lettering was fine, but the filligree design on the invitation looked blurry and "off" because the ink of the design did not match up with the embossing of the design. The quality of my invitations varied considerably in my order of 100 invitations. I was also pretty bummed out with my response cards because they did not lay flat, instead they had a definite wave to them which made them appear quite flimsy and cheap.

I contacted customer service about my problem and they were very accomodating and overnighted me a new batch of invitations and response cards. I was assured that they would be inspected before being shipped out. The new invitations arrived with exactly the same issue! Since my invitations needed to be mailed out I had no choice but to use them and try to pick and choose the best-looking ones to send to my guests.
