After literally weeks of shopping online and in stores to find a price decent enough and quality good enough that we considered them wedding worthy. We are on a tight budget and I am (admittedly) slightly picky lol. We receives our yesterday. They came in much quicker than expected, I had included a special request to have some of the words a different color that I couldn't change myself and they called me to go over everything with me. The paper quality is decent especially for the price paid. The only real flaw that I have noticed is that the fold lines cut off the very very top of the respond by words but its hardly noticeable and the other thing that I noticed is when you fold them up the sides dont line up perfectly straight. Again not something most people are going to notice and considering how much we saved using invitations by dawn couples with how much we save having rsvp postcards and not having to worry about expensive shipping those small flaws are miniscule.

This product will be our wedding invitations; however, when I received them, we noticed that our parents' names were not included (especially for those distant relatives), so we will purchase a few more "formal" invites for that purpose. On the other hand, I loved the details in the typography and the design team made changes to the invite that I specifically asked for. They were really prompt and I really liked the consideration of adding a few additional invites for mistakes or unexpected change in guest numbers.

I chose to place an order with Invitations by Dawn because their price was fair and their sample looked great. In this case, though, I guess you get what you pay for. I had to resubmit the proof several times, and when the invitations arrived, they were off-center and sloppy. They offered to fix the problems, stating that it was highly unusual for so many things to be wrong, and even rushed the new order to my house. But the second batch left information off completely. I wound up just writing notes inside of my wedding invitations so that I would not have to deal a third incorrect shipment and more wasted paper. If I had the time, I would request a refund and start from scratch somewhere else. I've never taken the time to write a bad review, so clearly I wasn't happy with these. But I do feel like I should say something positive about the experience. Their customer service reps are extremely kind.

Ultimately, I'm happy with the invite. It was just frustrating that it took 4 tries for them to come out as promised. The customer service was great in not having me mail back the flawed invites, but still, it shouldn't take so many calls and reprints to make simple change. Order early if you go with these invites.

Perfect for what we were looking for. All in one. The only con is the stickers that are used to close the invitation pull the paper up when you reopen the invitation. Good thing it's on the back so people won't be staring at the ripped paper on invitation.
