I received very good assistance from "chat". I was given the information I needed to be sure my invitations were printed using thermography. I would have been very disappointed if I had not noticed that the option to select thermography was not shown. I was told to use Special Instructions and I was pleased.

      Loved this invitations! After first purchasing invitations and not liking them, the customer service representative helped me find the invitations I was looking for! I wanted the raised lettering which is not offered on all invitations and isn't listed in the invitation description. Customer service was wonderful and I got the invitations I wanted!
