    Hi- I ordered invitations for my wedding and it took three times for the issue to be fixed. The first set of invitations I received had damaged pearls. The second set had the same damaged set and I was told they were never inspected. The third time they finally came right. I think it's poor management that is not overseeing the work that is produced. It was a waste of your companies money to reprint my invitations three times. Also, my response cards were sent in off white not white. The only positive is that the customer service reps were friendly. If I had ordered my invitations closer to my wedding and not so far in advance, I would not have been happy.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            Our wedding invitations were perfect. The design was exactly what we were looking for - simple, elegant, something we hadn't seen done a million times (or ever for that matter!)
