An etched flourish wedding invitation that will soon be etched in the hearts and minds of your wedding guests. This poster-style, z-fold invitation features a unique typography format presenting your wedding details. Your photos appear on the first and last panel, your wording appears on the middle panel. Background and wording print in your choice of colors and lettering styles. Invitation includes inner and outer envelopes.

Invites good but service was a nightmare

The invitations themselves were what we expected. The look great. The problem is we got them TWO weeks later than we were supposed to.
Pictures need to be in 300 DPI, which is a pain to do, your photographer will need to do them. We were not aware of this when we ordered.

Service and delivery comments:

There was no communication on their end, and my fiancee was calling them DAILY just to see the status on our invitations.

We ordered 4/7/13, and they were to be shipped 4/9/13. By 4/15 I was concerned of why I haven't heard anything or received them, so I live chatted with one of the representatives. Our invitations were put on hold without us knowing, because the pictures needed to be in 300 DPI. (This isn't the case with most invitation companies, or any that I have ever seen)

48 Hours later, everything was finally fixed with our pictures, and the invitations were set to go out 4/19 two-day shipping. By 4/23 they were STILL not here, so again, my fiancee called, and they were on hold AGAIN. They were printed, ready to go, looking great, yet they still hadn't sent them out? This time, they said they had phoned us, and we had received no phone calls. If we were THIS on top of what was going on, why wouldn't we have returned the phone call? That doesn't add up. What a mess... So they were over-nighted and finally arrived on 4/25, over two weeks later. How sad. We are getting married in July, and they were set to be sent out at soon as they came in. This was horrific customer service, and we were offered nothing, no discounts on our invitations for the hassle...

It was a nightmare of an experience and I would never order from here again. Terribly disappointed.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      I'm wondering if there is a way to personalize this a little more than the site leads on. the editing isn't exactly user friendly. i just want to remove the box on the front of the invite.

      or at the very least have the front say my middle name with my fiance's name instead of my first name. i don't mind my full name in the body of the invite, but i don't go by my first name on a regular basis and it looks and sounds odd to have it on the front.

      any help is VERY much appreciated.

        A:

        You can change the front so it is your middle name instead of your first name during the personalization process. After you fill out your profile information and put in your photos you will be shown a preview with the option to alter the text however you would like.
