Comments about InvitationsByDawn Love's Destination - 3 for 1 Invitation:

I like the idea of having the deal of 3 for 1, because I am a practical person and hate to choose cards out of so many styles in the market.
It was perfect for my wedding, because our theme was the Air Force, so this specific deal fit perfectly.
The bad thing about this, is that online you see them separated, when in reality it comes all together (A4 sheet size) and you have to separate them manually.
It is not hard to do that, but you won't get the perfect finish on one side of the paper...It is not noticeable because you have the picture on that part.
I didn't care about it, because most of people only read your beautiful and perfect card and then they throw it away!
It is a good deal!

Service and delivery comments:

I liked the delivery but most importantly I liked the responsibility Invitations by Dawn took when there is something to fix.
I must say that Customer Service needs improvement. Few of them treated me like I ordered Wedding invitations all the time and I should've known better how to deal with imperfections on them. I would've wanted all of them to be trained properly so they could guide any one better. I have to clarify, that there is a huge number of representatives that know their job and help you when you need it, in comparison with those who just work to have their paycheck, and don't care about your technical worries with the invitations and want to finish the transaction quickly.

I suggest strongly to improve the "Proof Service"…It is too small that you cannot read well and therefore mistakes happen.

I got the invitations and realized that the font size of the Respond and Gift registration cards was smaller than the invitation's; naturally, I called and I spoke with a male representative, who was on his way out but took the time to take care of my problem, and made sure I get everything perfect. The delivery was quick and I received the new invitations in 2 days.
It was perfect!

The invitation design is cute and perfect for our travel-themed wedding, but the color is nothing like what it looked like online. I recognize colors differ on computers, but I looked at these invitations on three different computers and my mother looked at them on her computer. We used the green and instead of a bright green, it was very dark and doesn't match my wedding colors at all. I was absolutely disappointed that the color was so off. To pay $15 for a proof, I think you could at least mail a sample copy of our invitations rather than just emailing one. We are still using the invites and have been able to brighten them up by adding our accent color to them, but I cried for 2 days after receiving them.

I really liked the price of these invitations, they were a great bargain and I didn't mind having to take them apart. The downfall was that some of the perforations were difficult to tear apart. Some separated very easily while others not so much. Also on part of the perforations there was a black line. I am pretty OCD so it was something I noticed. I am not sure other people will notice.
