Our wedding invitations were really perfect. They were exactly what we saw on line so there were no surprises. I forgt to order napkins for the reception and it was no problem;I made one phone call the next day and they were added to my order with no extra shipping costs. I had folks calling me just to say how beautiful the invitations were. I truly have no complaints.

Everything arrived one day before it was expected. Even the packaging was superb; not a bent corner in the bunch. The "how to" sheet was an added bonus. My invitatiions went out to our guests as professionally as they arrived to our home.

Delivery was when it said it would be. The invites, reception cards, rsvp's and envelopes looked good and were as they said it would be. The customer service rep I dealt with when I called in because I realized I printed the rsvp envelopes wrong was great and friendly. Made the reordering easy.

I waited almost 2 weeks for these invitations to arrive and once I finally got them I was mortified. It looked like something a child in grade two would have thrown together. The paper is flimsy and you have to fold it twice, first in half and then again. I have never been so unhappy with a product for such an important day. I would not recommend this invitation to ANYONE! I will be sending these hideous grade two level invitations back ASAP! And I will NOT be ordering from this site again. They do not give good descriptions on what type of paper they are printed on, etc. The pictures on the website almost make the invitation look like it has a "burnt" edge on the bottom, but when you finally get them in the mail you will learn that it looks like the paper was torn in half. Also, I figured that by the picture of the invitation it shows the entire invitation, thinking that it was showing the front and the inside which you would only have to fold ONCE but in fact you need to fold it into a square, I can only imagine my guests opening these and laughing at the piece of paper folded over itself multiple times like you would a note to a friend in high school, not something that you are sending out to 215 people as a formal invite to the most IMPORTANT day of your life... UGLY is all I have to say about this invitation. I hate it.

I received an email from Invitations By Dawn about a limited time offer for 25% off wedding invitations. After looking through their inventory and reading all the positive reviews for this product, my fiance and I purchased these invitatinos. BIG MISTAKE! I am SO disappointed with them. While the front cover design is beautiful, the invitations literally look and feel like something I printed myself from my office printer. They are very poor quality invitations. The paper is extremely thin, the font size over powers the invitations once they are folded, and it just looks very cheap and generic. Buy with caution and order a sample first!

My dealings so far with customer service have been as disappointing as the invitations themselves. The customer service rep I dealt with kept deflecting my concerns and trying to sell me on why the invitations were so great instead of acknowledging the fact that I was unhappy with them. Her final response was that the invitations were "perfectly acceptable". I wouldn't have contacted customer serivce if the invitations were acceptable. They were poor quality, not what I was expecting, and I was very disappointed with them. I didn't appreciate getting a sales pitch instead of assistance with my concerns.
