Well, I ordered this one because it as cute. I have been engaged for almost 9 years and we finally are able to get married. I am on a budget and this one was right in my budget for what I needed. The thing was I changed the color from gold to black because of my wedding colors. When I received them the color was only changed on the inside and not the outside. I called and the one that is in the book is a totally different one than the one on the site. You could only change the color on the inside of this one which makes no sense. When I asked about them being redone since I wasn't happy the gir said yes and that I would get a 15% discount since they had to be redone. Well then she tells me that I had to pay for them though. Your site and book says 100% satisfaction or your money back with return of product. I can't afford to order and repay for them even with that discount. I found it to be a rip off and decided that on the thank you cards that I will probably order them from a different company since you all don't standby your product. Its a shame that you have the same product with two different ways you can order them with two different product numbers. Its a shame that I had to send out something that wasn't done the way that I wanted and in order to get them correct I was going to have to pay for them again. I would have sent the ones back that were wrong to have them corrected. But because of that you lost my business on the other items that I needed because I would have ordered all of the matching items for the wedding. Book, toasing glasses and the thank you notes. Sorry to be so brute and rude, but a wedding is the most important thing and then invitations are the most important thing to a girl besides her dress.

The invitation was just right for us. We loved being able to get a complete sample prior to purchasing. However, our envelope was sold out, so we had to adjust. Also, it would have been nice to have the option to have a single page rather than folded. Otherwise, the invitation was beautiful and we were able to customize it to say exactly what we wanted!
