I was very disapointed that when the invitations arrived because they were bent. I have included a picture for you to see what I am talking about. Since they were packaged in boxes this should have not have happened, which makes me think that is the condition they were in before even being put into the boxes and shipped. If this is the case they should have never been sent to me and should have been reprinted. By the time I got them though it was too late to send them back, so I had to send them to my guests this way. I would not reccomend your services to other brides.

Once I ordered the invitations it took much longer than I had expected for them to actually be shipped, and then for them to make it to me in Massachusetts.

I was a little nervous when ordering these invitations. The prices seemed almost too good to be true. I was so pleasantly surprised!

To be safe, I went with one step higher paper quality than the basic option and I think that was the right choice for me. The invitations felt rich and substantial and expensive. The printing was beautifully done.

I do wish that there was an option to line the outer envelopes as I decided to forgo the inner envelope. I ended up going to a local paper shop and buying envelope liners to make the package feel a bit richer.

I also "cheated" the system and instead of using their suggested RSVP package for my RSVPs (I didn't want the envelopes and the extra postage that comes with mailing them) I doctored what they refer to as the "Reception Card" to work as an RSVP and was able to use that as a postcard with that lower postage.

All in all I was thrilled and have gotten some really nice comments.

Customer Service was also wonderful, able to answer all the silly questions I had.
