DESCRIPTION

Dramatic flourishes create an invitation of the utmost elegance and personal style. The bright white invitation card features a black background with lighter flourishes. Your wording is printed in the format shown in your choice of imprint colors and up to two fonts. Reception cards, respond cards, informal notes and thank you notes are non-folding cards.

      Product came exactly as expected. Everything came in individual boxes and/or plastic labeling exactly what each piece was and in what was it was meant to be used. Everything was printed exactly as requested with no errors. I was especially thankful that I decided to pay extra for the additional online proofs as there was an error in one of the pieces that would've been dreadful had I not had that chance to triple check. As my future husband put it "Would you rather pay $15 extra and be 100% positive they're right or possibly have $200 worth of misprinted items due to a small oversight?!" I am SO glad I went with the digital proofs... it's amazing the embarrassing kinds of spelling errors one can make when in the bustle of ordering wedding invitations!

      Service and delivery comments:

      Delivery was very prompt and in excellent condition. The process for evaluating proofs was very user friendly and promptly responded to as well.

            Loved the design for our wedding invitation. It was nice to see a sample as we realized the front was black but the back was white. We were able to remedy this - for a small cost. We were very happy with how they turned out, great value, great service!

                We were sent the wrong reply cards and when I called to speak to someone I was put on the phone with Larry. Larry was condescending from the first sentence. He said he would re do the cards and mail them out at his expense as a courtesy. He made it very clear that this is a great honor and priviliage for Dawn's company to fix a wrong and ship out normal UPS shipping. Not expedited. Sarcasm and greater than thou....I am in customer service and did not appreciate his tone or delivery. I shared my thoughts with him and hoped his day got better and that he hopefully wouldn't speak to any other brides that way.

                    I loved the invitation and the design! The only thing I didn't like was that the matching "Thankyou" card is a flat card, not a folded card. Other than that I loved it!
