Comments about InvitationsByDawn for Love Sparkles - Timber Faux Glitter - Invitation:
Product Comments: I read the mixed reviews and decided to take a chance. I changed the paper since some of of the reviewers didn't like the way the "glitter" looked on card stock so I ordered the shimmer paper. First of all, I knew it wasn't going to be real glitter or foil pressed font, (even though the customer rep was telling me that it was indeed REAL glitter and you could feel the texture on the card. Really? Why is called Faux Glitter then? But he insisted). Anyway, despite that red flag, I chose shimmer paper, picked one of the nice suggested wording, struggled a little with the font selection and finally ordered. Well, I received the invitations and the font is so tiny, you'd have to have a magnifying glass to read it. That was my fear, because of some of the reviews so I made sure the font was as large as I could make it. The order confirmation says if you are not 100% satisfied, to call and they will replace the order so I did. Well the rep went around in circles and basically told me this was my fault. I really regret going with this company, I should of listened to the reviews that did not recommend. Now I am stuck with 86 invitations no one can read. Don't trust this company, they do not care about the quality and there is no one at the other end actually LOOKING at the invitations being created and caring about what they look like. Just pay more and go with another company, it's not worth it.
Service Comments: You get random service reps every time you call. They are clueless to what the invitations look like in person. The customer service rep I dealt with did not care I was upset or unhappy with the product, he kept telling me it was basically my fault (even though I went with everything recommended to me for this invitation).
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Bride
Product Comments: I ordered 96 of the invites and reception cards in faux timbre gold, looking-up the definition of "faux timbre gold" with no hits, and I contacted customer service to ask what it looked like. I was under the impression that there was some shine/ sparkle to it, having the word "glitter" in it. The "glitter" is actually a picture of glitter where it should be, it looks great on the computer, but the color and the shine is literally a picture of glitter. I liked the idea of the design, and it would have been really good with actual glitter or foil.
For my wedding, we are not using these invites at all and have decided to go with a different invite. Make sure you order samples, or you'll pay for something you could really dislike.
