Invitations great, website is terrible

Website was difficult to use. Proof did not render correctly, and while I was given a free email proof to compensate, this added extra time and inconvenience. Additionally, I couldn't find a way to go back to the reply card in order to proof it, and was not supplied a proof of the reply card, so when it arrived I was horrified to discover we had the wrong zip code pre-printed. This meant we had to go to the store, buy labels, print them up with the correct address/zip code, and adhere them to all the reply cards. We were on a tight turn and so were up until midnight getting everything right. I think you could use some website updates to make things a bit more user friendly--in our tech heavy world, consumers except a smoother user experience. A good UAX architect would be a good long-term investment for you! Otherwise, invitations themselves are good quality, affordably priced, and arrived in a timely manner. I would have rated you 5 stars had it not been for the poor user experience. Thank you for listening.

Fall Invitation with Elegance

Our wedding had a fall theme, but so many decorations and invitations around the fall concept look cheesy of home craftsy. This invitation captured the beauty of fall in a simple, elegant fashion. And the leaves look so beautiful on the invitation!

Loved the invitation itself, but I needed to include 4 dinner choices on the response card, so had to add a few lines. Doing so, made the text so small that my guests will likely need a magnifying glass to read it...

This is a very nice invitation but I am not fond of having to fold the RSVP in half when there is nothing being said or put on the back. So you have a flap off the back that is blank and only adds weight to the invitation. Also they forgot to mail the RSVP envelops but customer service was very nice and got them shipped out in a couple days with no hassle.

Wonderful customer service. I wanted a bilingual invitation and they were able to accommodate without any problems (and without extravagant extra charges!).
