DESCRIPTION

Symbolize your lives joining with this romantic unity sand ceremony set. The four-piece set includes three small cylinders for individual sand colors - one for the bride, one for the groom and one for family, children or your officiant - and one large cylinder for blending the sand. The large cylinder is engraved with a joined heart design plus your names and wedding date. Simply add sand of your choice to each of the smaller vases and pour it into the larger vase to blend (sand not included).

      It doesn't come with a lid. But What I have heard is the best thing to do (and I did this for my own wedding) is get some wax at a craft store, just the clear kind. Follow the melting directions and pour a thin layer over the sand after the wedding. It seals the sand so it cannot move or shift. I bought some small decorative rocks as well and put them on top of the wax. I still have the vase as a decoration in my house, years later.
