I LOVED the actual invitation. I had my addresses pre-addressed (thank you) BUT they were cut off.. for example it would say Mr. and Mrs Joh... instead of Mr. and Mrs. Johnson. And on some of the return addresses it was cut off the other way. I was disappointed in that... however your company was quick to apologize and send me what I paid for.

The invitations were beautiful. This is the second set of wedding invitations that I have ordered in the past two years. The only thing that was concerned with was i did not have enough of the outside envelopes. I ordered the extra 5 that you suggested but I don't think that I received all that I should have gotten. I ended up with 15 invitations that did not have an envelope. I did receive extra inside envelopes. I have one more child that will be getting married later this year and I will be placing the order for invitations for that wedding with you.

I ordered these for my wedding invitations, and I could not be more pleased. The shimmer of the paper, the raised ink, and the shine of the border embellishments were absolutely superb. The invitations arrived true to the preview, and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of stationary. Such a great price - AND I was able to take advantage of one of the many sales/deals that Invitations by Dawn offers - 25% off the entire order. Not only was it a great purchase, but I was able to buy it without the guilt of an astronomical bill. For a bride on a budget, that's such a huge help. I would HIGHLY recommend Invitations by Dawn for any and all invitation needs, and I will definitely tell my friends.

I loved these invitations from the second I opened my sample. They are great quality. My only negative comment would be that there was a limited selection for colors for the lined inner envelope with was disappointing. But overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchse.

Service and delivery comments:

I'm glad I ordered extra invitations and evelopes because the ink on several of them was smudged, so that was kind of disappointing. And after I placed my order it got delayed several times because the paper was on backorder, but I guess that is a good thing because everyone loved this design.

Overall, everyone I spoke with at inivitations by dawn were extremely friendly and helpful.

Please read the description. It is Ecru, not white as it appeared on my screen. The invitation is lovely (but I wanted more of a white/silver look), the additional cards are just the taupe swirls. No silver to them. My mistake for not reading the description.

The cards were printed and delivered in a timely fashion.

This invitation is absolutely stunning. I fell in love with it on the website and when the sample came in I was so excited. So many other companies offer invitations and when the samples come in the mail they look so cheap. Even though I was trying to save money by not using a stationer, I didn't want to LOOK cheap. I have gotten nothing but positive feedback on this invitation. I'm in love with it and so are all my guests.

Invitations by Dawn did a great job. As soon as I placed my order I was given and estimate shipping and delivery date. My invitations shipped a day earlier than they had projected and got here 2 days earlier than I was originally quoted. Everything came well packaged in individual boxes (outer envelopes in one, inner envelopes in another, etc..)that were carefully packaged within one, very large, box. I am very very happy with my overall experience with invitations by dawn, I only wish I had known about them when I was doing my save the dates.
