            THE INVITATIONS WERE BEAUTIFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT AND SPEED OF FILLING ORDER WAS FANTASTIC. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE RESPONSE CARDS WERE NOT JUST A SINGLE FLAT CARD THEY REQUIRED FOLDING AND THAT WAS NOT INDICATED IN THE DESCRIPTION SO ALL RESPONSE CARDS HAD TO BE CAREFULLY FOLDED SO THE EDGES COULD BE EVEN TIME CONSUMING. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH THAT . WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND I SHOULD JUST GET A PAPER CUTTER AND CUT THEM INSTEAD OF FOLDING THEM . NOT THE TYPE OF ANSWER I WANTED TO HEAR. DESCRIPTION NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO LET CUSTOMER KNOW CARDS NEED TO BE FOLDED.
